Hi guys! I need some help.

There is Mitsubishi Air Conditioner. At first I learnt the codes with RTI learner, but air con doesn't responds to it. Then i found this Pronto-format hex codes and tried paste them into APEX, but I just get an error message saying "Invalid zero length time detected". I have no idea why this is happening and I'd appreciate any help.
