I use Control4 exclusively for control, but have a situation where C4 probably doesn’t make sense and instead I should rely on CEC. However, I have very little experience with CEC so am hoping for some tips.

The client has a 4K ATV in to a Samsung frame TV, which then sends audio via ARC to a B&O Beosound Stage speaker bar. From what I gather, the client ought to be able to control everything from the ATV remote assuming CEC is properly setup on all devices. (By “everything”, I mean the ATV, plus TV power and input, plus B&O power, input and volume.)

Am I correct about how this should work in principle?

Aside from RTFM and testing out what I can on my bench, any tips on how to proceed and what to watch out for? Thanks.
