Replaced tv with same brand. All codes work so didn’t have to create a remote. The problem I’m having is on my RTI app. Page one is tv and music. That page will direct you to separate pages pending what you selected. When I choose tv it goes to page where 2 TVs are. When I select my keeping room tv it turns it off if the tv is already on. No if tv is off everything goes fine until I go back to main selection page and go back to that tv. It then cuts it off. I have the proper checks in area that keeps TVs separate. Tried new on off codes. Even captured new ir codes from remote and still same. Does anyone have any idea what to try next. My number is listed below incase you would like to discuss over the phone.
