I have been dealing with Fortress for a week now and could not tell me how long the inspection would take. They overcharged me for warehouse bonding fees. It took all of 4 hours for my customs broker to get the shipment released. Will never deal with them again. Once they get their money they don’t give a shite.

Could not disagree more with this in general. I dont know what happened overall with your particular situation but dealing with Fortress has been a very good experience for us. Quality company...quality product.
