I personally dont care for metal radiator covers. I would rather just see the radiator. Obviously not an option here. Is there space for built in cabinetry? Something shallow like this:

You could hide the TV and speakers or soundbar with doors.

I cant really do the built in look because the bedroom is an awful layout and the window is 12ft wide. We have baseboard heat so I do need to "vent that" on the sides where the TV isn't going. The bedroom is always warmer then the rest of the house so I figured the "5 feet" that it is closed off or rerouted will help on the temperature differential.

The original plan was to make that entire wall a "built in" and cover the window form the inside with Faux cabinet doors. But she nixed that idea because she didn't want to open the doors to get natural light in.....which I understand BUT she never opens the blinds that are over the windows now so it would be no different then how we are used to living.
