I have a bar install of about 10 LG UH6350's that us the RS232 for power on and off. About every 6 months or so, they stop responding 1 by 1, until the bar owner gets mad and calls me. I run down there, and have to do a factory reset on each TV, and then they work fine again. It happens to all of the TVs. All of the TVs are 'offline' no internet connection, so they are not doing an update.

Any ideas on this? I cant seem to find any information anywhere on this issue.
