Had the client change the setting to 4K30Hz and that fixed his issue as well. Thanks guys

Did this for a client this past Friday, they were having issues with the Xfinity Stream app. Display (2018 the Frame) still saw the signal as 60Hz. While this didn’t cause, or fix the issue- I thought it was odd.
