The FCC has granted WNYO-DT to operate on an interim antenna down the road until phase 8 (42-46-57.78 N Longitude: 078-27-27.93 W) while work is being done on their current tower.  The interim ERP is on channel  will be 105 kW (down from 190 kW) and the interim HAAT will be 366 meters.
