If I place a MOIP Rx at each receiver, might there be sync issues?

What if I put an Rx before the AVRs and a TX after the AVRs? Then the AV stream can potentially follow the traditional path where audio and video go from source to AVR and then video continues along to the TV from the AVR. I guess I would need the Control4 drivers to allow you to specify the desired path so video doesn’t go direct from source to display?
