Ahhhhh....the good old days. We had reps driving around with gear in the trunk, unloading it, setting it up in our showroom, demonstrating it, buying everyone dinner, shooting the breeze, etc. then packing it all up and driving to the next dealer. Most of ours knew the equipment well enough after doing that a few dozen times. lol

I remember the Rotel rep brought the brand new, not yet released, RSP1098 with the touchscreen display on the front. He was showing us the options in the setup menu, and one of them was selecting whether you wanted the on screen display to go to the video display, or the touchscreen. There was a checkbox for each. Of course one of us guys asked what happened if you deselected both. The rep was not sure, but we had an idea. So we went ahead and did that. Boom. No more OSD. No way to see to reset it. HAHAHA! He had to send it back and get a new demo unit. Needless to say, that "feature" was omitted on the release version.
