This is just my opinion, but I believe the hiccup was in telling them that they could do this in the first place. In my home with multiple zones, trying to get the right zone playing with the right music service… If it’s not intuitive for me, my clients will never get it.
Tom, I never said it could.... I definitely manage expectations better than that.. :)
I was testing in the office to see how easy it was... and this happened.
Wanted to see the results before we committed to doing it this way.
I always under promise / over deliver....
