They are bleeding, but so many companies do that on a regular basis is crazy.

The fact that they won some handsome settlements from Dish, DTV, and AT&T are what kept them alive all this time.

The problem I see is they now have a lot more competition, and raising prices may well be the thing that kills them, or at least gets the company bought out for the patents.

Other companies such as Amazon, etc, etc, are going to really dilute their market share. I think that Amazon alone will build the headstone..
