Ever since they moved to their stupid hub and spoke distribution scheme, then shutting down the local branches. Why order from them when I can buy direct at a cheaper price, usually faster, or a local distributor a get what we need same day.

If they think they are going to be the next Snap they are going the wrong way. I see my Snap sales guy at least one a quarter, and get calls from my inside guy at least one a month.
