Really? Thats odd. I have never seen a pedestal fan that uses RF. Ceiling fans, yes, but no pedestal fans. Owned several and all IR. Been looking for a new one for months, and every one I have ever seen was IR. They just don't have discrete codes.
Can you send me a link to one of these fans? Or at least give me a manufacturer's name and model number?
