Asking for an IR signal when you have four bytes of data is like giving your local phone number without area code...
The JVC LX-UH1 is found in GlobalCache's data base called Control Tower. Turns out it is (IrScrutinizer!) the JVC protocol with parameters D=0 and S=106. However, their codes do not include your power on/off and HDMI1. Comparing your code: first is 0, agrees; second is hexadecimal 6A = 106, also hit. We concur that the third byte is the F (command number). Not that the forth byte is the (one-)complement of the third.
