Discretes for power and input are on board and working. They're all in the URC database. Lots of discretes for "channels" as well. Note that the IR codes for all ROKU tv's are the same across brands.
While I've never done it, IP control is supposedly available as well.

Not true, they may respond to the same IP or RF commands, but by IR some Roku TV's use a different code set. Hisense and rca Roku TV's respond to the goldstar/lg code set, where tcl and insignia respond to what I'll call the Dynex code set. Even different models tcl Roku tv are not the same, older differ from newer.
