Why? Ever use one? If the power goes out, the system is off. Press the Off button and it changes its state/"knowledge' of the equipment's state and anything with toggling power commands will turn on, just like they would with a URC, RTi, etc. Press the button for the activity and then press Help to correct it. The option to that is pressing the activity button again.

Sounds like you haven't used one recently- you would be surprised by the new models.

Every Harmony model since the dawn of Harmony time had a help button.  Alternatively, you can just tell people if there is a problem, press the off button on the remote and then physically check and make sure every device is turned off.  It ain't rocket surgery.
