Don't ignore the lowly MoCA using RG6 in the house. I've got a client whose house was flipped, and flipping included cutting and removing all data wires in the house. DECA on the DirecTV wiring took care of the entire place -- two stories with a maximum of 60 feet from the router to the furthest needed access point.

No need for moca. We have Ethernet to the same areas there is coax. There is just no way to get a wire for a ceiling mounted unit which is our preferred method of AP installation
