Normally you get an indication on the MRF if there is RF noise that is affecting the components. However, I have seen 2X where the MRF didn't light up and RF performance was spotty. Try moving the RF antenna and see if it works better. ALSO, make sure that the RF brain isn't on top of any WiFi device such as a BD player or Roku. If it is...move the RF brain to another location.

If the above elements don't work, reprogram the remote.
