I've had this before. It can also be one of the buttons that isn't completely released, and it can be a dirty screen. It seems that residue from fingerprints can sometimes be enough to cause it. So, check the buttons (particularly those below the screen) and give it a really good clean - might just help.

I use Zeiss lens wipes - work a treat and not hard on the unit at all.
