About once a month I get an email or call from some unhappy dumbass that bought some camera gear online from a business that has the same name as ours, minus an s at the end, and they look it up online and contact us to bitch about it. We don't sell what they bought, we have no reference on the crap they bought anyone on our online presence, be it our site, Facebook, or anywhere else. How hard is it for people to spend 10 seconds before they contact a business to make sure it's the right business. A few months ago I had a woman call and email to bitch about stuff she bought. Even after I told her she had contacted the wrong company, she continued to complain. She didn't believe me. I'm afraid these numbnuts are going to leave negative feedback for MY business cause they are too stupid to do their due diligence, and I won't be to get them removed. Sorry for the rant, just tired of dealing with these people.
