Just to add - the communication part hasn't been painful on the Logitech side - you guys have been great, and all other installer issues quickly resolved - great setup. But they were unable to go further in speaking to Samsung directly (which seems to have been escalated to you now anyway!). The main pain has been with Samsung B2B support setup, and lack of available documentation for this model year codes.
