Now that it's in, are you able to drill something out to make it work at all? It doesn't look like it's possible.

The photos on their site show the various models with the keyholes upside down (upside down compared to the entire rest of the universe, that is). I take is there's no note in the carton pointing this out? No instructions pointing this out?

I think we are all used to thinking we can look at something and know how to use it. I don't know if it's possible that you got bit by not reading instructions, but I see guys taking things out of a carton, holding them up, and deciding how to use them. It's no wonder that someone got bit by a company using a backwards approach.
