I have definitely seen this on the commercial side. Often with two layers,.. a fabric sheer to cut a good portion of light, and a full blackout that slides down over the fabric. I believe the blackout might be vinyl, but it's all one piece without seams. The are tracks on the side and a catch on the bottom. It's somewhat loud when it runs (similar to a projection screen). Sorry I don't know the manufacturer off hand, but I'd look on the commercial side. Draper, Hunter Douglass Architectural, Lutron, etc.
