I've removed Panda Dome anti-virus. Still nothing.
The USB ports are working as they work with other devices. The Device Manager tree doesn't even blink when the Pronto is plugged in.
I can understand the USB connector on the remote becoming damaged but it should work connected through the dock. The dock charges the remote with no issues at all. It only gets charged once every 2 or 3 weeks too.
I know the USB cables are fine as I burned some DVDs last week with them connected to an external DVD writer.
So I can't see why the remote won't connect.
