Bummer, Musashi79uk ... At this point, it is sounding more like a hardware failure for your TSU-9600.

The XP laptop is your best shot at getting the TSU-9600 running. Recent versions of Win10 will not allow you to download a configuration to your Pronto (even though the TSU-9600 is a recognized device).

If the Device Manager panel is open when you plug in your TSU-9600, you should at least see the device tree "flash" as it tries to get updated with a newly detected device. If you aren't seeing that happen, your TSU-9600 USB is just not working. :-(

One last suggestion: Are you running anti-virus software on your XP laptop? You might try removing (not just disabling) that. It might be blocking your device installation.

If that doesn't work, you may be out of luck.
