Yes, but in almost 70 years some people learn to be wise, flexible, and open to new things, while other people double down on the learning level they were at thirty years ago. Age is not the excuse in some cases, but rather what they call "failure to thrive" in the NICU. We informally call it getting stuck or stuck in a rut.
