I tried to contact Grandstream once for support on an item a purchased. My experience with Grandstream was that support was just about impossible to reach.
Grandstream seems to be the Ubiquiti of phone systems. I dont support manufacturers that don't value supporting us properly. Another +1 for Capitol, great team there.
