When you install Wi-Fi for somebody, if there are problems, you will hear about it.
Eero is a very solid product in my opinion, and several others here. On top of that, their technical support is US based, and is some of the best tech support you will find anywhere. For that reason they are at the top of the heap for me.
To clarify my statement with you (again), I like Eero. A lot. My initial (knee jerk) reaction to this news was fear. I am in no way supporting Consumer Reports, but rather attempting to shed light on what our clients are seeing when they do their homework.
Going forward, I’ll try to be less cryptic in my communication.
