Do they have a box in another room? Does that box glitch? Yes? Probably signal related for entire house. No? Move problem box to that outlet and try. Glitch? Yes? Swap box. No? Then perhaps signal issue on line to original location only. Does box have basic diagnostics? Report uncorrected/corrected errors?
