I use ProntoEdit 4 when this kind of thing comes up.
Find the instructions for using ProntoEdit 4, which I think are on this site somewhere, and install PE4 on your computer.
Create a new file. Add a button to a page. Put a label on it. Get your Pronto Hex command and Ctrl+C it. Double click on the button you made. I forget the exact detail here, but you can get a blank window in which to COPY the Pronto Hex. Save it. Save the file. You now have a ccf file with one command in it.
