I haven't yet received any similar. What I would do with it depends on my mood. I probably I would ignore it and not bother posting here. If it passes through a .ru server, it will end up in my spam trap anyway.

Don't just open it out of curiosity unless your anti-malware is fully up to date. Even if there is no malware, they will likely have little beacons that will alert them that your email address is "live", then your address will be passed around. Certainly, don't follow any links.

I have my email clients set to ignore any external content unless I specifically authorize it. If the email seems spammy I may (safely) pick through it out of curiosity, with the intent of introducing it to my spam filter. Many of the spammers seem to use the same packages. Once I notice this, I can makeup a filter that will reject any spam using that package. I don't need to pick off the senders, one by one. In any case it appears to the sender that the email was rejected outright by the server or disappeared into a black hole.
