I haven't seen the image shift issue mentioned in the above post but i have had them fail. Every year or two they failed and had to be replaced. Same with the few HDFuries i have installed.
Did you happen to come away from those replacements with information as to whether the firmware on the new ones was different from the firmware on the failing ones, and/or whether the firmware on the old ones could be updated?
