I don’t think they will lose customers. The people paying for it already won’t be offended by this move. I like the idea of people paying for their own service just like I do.
Hopefully the monitoring will enable them to kill all those hacked streaming devices as well.
I'd love to see them going after the bottom feeders selling the items with the ability to steal the service and those using them.
