We have a take-over job we're working on and they have a Samsung TV that keeps locking up (it's locking up every 2-3 days and won't turn on/off until it is power-cycled). Any thoughts aside from loose cables, firmware update, just a bad TV, etc. I'm wondering if power variances might cause this issue? Unfortunately it is inside a custom box with a lift so I wasn't easily able to try plugging it into another outlet with an extension cord to see if this might fix the problem.
Any of you guys that are more experienced in AC think that power variances might cause this issue? They had a flood and the area was rebuilt. I have no idea what the electricians may have done on the power side.
Thanks in advance
