I passed on an 8000 square-foot house project because the homeowner wanted to use google home Wi-Fi and Roku TVs with sound bars everywhere. Nest cams and stats. Some DIY alarm with his own monitoring service. Didn’t want to run cabling for network anywhere or for anything, was fully committed to running it all on WiFi.
