Just ran into a brand new, finished, high end home without a stick of low volt wire in it. 3 levels, roughly 6500 square feet. What hardware would you recommend to create a strong/reliable WIFI mesh in this situation? We primarily sell Araknis and Packedge. We have worked with Luxul, Apple Airports, and Eero. I can wire a router and 1 WAP to the modem. 1 RG6 was retro'd into a mechanical room for a broadband modem which is currently plugged into a Google Home router/WAP with a second unit plugged in upstairs (seems to work for now). When I asked Araknis, they said their solution was not ideal and not recommended. The house has a Ring Doorbell and 4 Nest thermostats already. Client wants to add AppleTV and some form of TV service. No wires rules out Cable and Tivo. Looking to use Directv Genie with wireless clients. Possible Sonos or Control4 for streaming distributed audio. Job will be T&M since there is little room to make any money on hardware. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
