Just had my first issue with the Beam. Client did a Sony TV update and now ARC doesn't work. I went to the house and Bravia Sync was on, turn it of then on, no luck. Set output to PCM, no luck. Factory default the TV, no luck. Factory default the Beam no luck. Changed HDMI Cable, no luck. Ugh.

I now am using the Optical to HDMI adaptor and it works, but now my client is upset because the volume level doesn't show up on the TV anymore.

The TV is the XBR55X900F running whatever update was downloaded 2-3 days ago.

Any ideas? Ugh, I hate ARC.
