I have learned after several frustrated outcomes and post-installation calls NOT to trust the damn ARC. sometimes the TV dont see the amp, sometimes the amp dont see the TV. try getting support from the TV manufacturer, impossible. Try getting support from sonos, they will blame the TV, the Cable, the dog. I now put in my proposal a balun with IR TX/RX and call it a day.
