I’m lost how on how you can’t handle the lights not being centered but the ceiling fan is going in the right corner, completely throwing everything off. See a therapist for your OCD, and look at it from a functional manner instead of form. As someone else who needs a fan to sleep, I’m telling you, you’ll regret not having the fan over the bed. And if tv in the bedroom is important to you, then put it where the best viewing angle is. Put the lights where they work, and don’t walk around looking at the ceiling to see what’s symmetrical.
As for controlling the lights, again, don’t over complicate it. Too many switches is a pain. Keep it simple.
