To help with the OCD, have window curtain run wall to wall.

In our MBR the can light are arranged so that two are over the bed, and two are over the wall directly opposite, and are on separate controls.

Personally I hate sconces, so we have table lamps and they are on tabletop controls (the old URC ones), and since out MBTH door is stained glass we get enough indirect light if one gets up in the middle of the night.

Maybe center the TV on the bed, and have it high on the wall above the window, as close to the curtains as can be? You would want it up high anyway since it'll be easier to watch all that porn....LOL
