I've got a volunteer situation... an mp4 needs to be played for a church event.

I've never looked into how to do this. So far I've only got Windows Media Player. The video was made with a cold open and the amount of time it takes WMP to drop the scroll bars etc is a problem, though the price of the player is right!

Anybody know of free mp4 players? I mean free, not free to try thirty bucks next Tuesday, of course.

Alternatively, the only thing wrong with WMP's presentation is the scroll bar at the bottom and the blue line across the top. I don't see how to get rid of that and make the video truly fill the entire screen.

The computer is a Lenovo T420 PC using Windows 7. Its output is VGA, which I will be running into the VGA input on the video system's video switch.

Thanks.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
