Well, I got the replacement box open and saw that it's a 101, which doesn't use the new remote or RF to function, so I'll need to use a mix of the 101, 110 and 210 boxes, which kind of sucks because the 101 has the old style GUI (scroll at the bottom) and it uses the old style remote. One of my projects is in a house with only TV/cable box in the guest bedrooms and I'm thinking of using another 101 in place of the 110, so I can put the 110 in the den, where it won't be seen.

On a good note- all of the activations I had to do yesterday were fast and went smoothly. I don't know why, but I won't complain. Today will be a new frontier.
