If you are using keystone, then I would not worry about the glass. There is going to be enough degradation of the picture quality, that the little bit of reflection & haloing a regular flat glass door will do, will not matter in the bigger picture (no pun intended). Just make sure the projector lens is as close to the glass as possible.
