They have Cisco. At least in my market. Just tell them your HDMI inputs are bad and need component out on a box. They reserve the Cisco and Samsung boxes for this reason and support of MOCA whole house DVR.
Spectrum isn't doing MoCA at all, here. The only Cisco boxes I see are old installs, but I have seen some Arris boxes.
