This thread, before that question, can only bring forth general responses. We all should be providing model numbers as we go. And yes, sometimes I ask questions without model numbers, too.

How can we provide information on a quieter projector if we don't know what model he's got now?

Another issue, though, is whether the client will spend $40K if necessary to get a 100" TV because he's adamant he WILL NOT have another projector. Just because we think the situation can be cured with a projector, doesn't mean it can be.
