What format are you looking for the codes in? I have some Bose IR codes, perhaps they will work for you?

All commands are in NEC protocol, 32-bits, carrier in 38028..38740 range:

Conversion to Pronto is straightforward.
If you're really going to create your own microcontroller-based solution, take a look at AnalysIR.  The software is outstanding at decoding IR signals, importing signals, and can take captured / imported signals and auto-generate code for various microcontrollers.  The guy also sells decent USB IR capture boards.
