Is your Alexa App on a phone/pad/computer indicating that the ONE is connected? Rebooting the ONE will not hurt anything. (but, you might loose the current Queue).

Yes on phone app said it was connected. I had to disconnect, add as speaker and discover SONOS one again, it's ok now. Thanks Buzz.
