Hi,

I have TCL65C2US (It's actually the NZ version which is slightly different, but that doesn't matter). I think it uses the same remote as yours as it is RCA-38, device 15 in IrScrutinizer. I too wanted discrete codes and basically brute forced it with IrScrutinzer (there are only 255 codes, 0-254 - I literally tried every code).

I haven't found a discrete Power On, AV or Component codes - but I have found ways around this.
Power On; Pressing a channel number (7-9 seem to work best) powers the device on.
Component; Send HDMI 4 then channel up
AV; Send HDMI 4 then 2 times channel up
