Aren't they Control 4's client's, if things go bad between you and Control 4, Control 4 keeps the client regardless of how the lead was obtained?
We are not a C4 dealer, but I’ve talked with them a few times. If a dealer is terminated for some reason, including not meeting their quotas, C4 keeps all of the clients. This is much too risky for me.
